About Linda

I have always enjoyed being creative with fabrics, growing up I remember trying to repair one of my favorite dresses with a stapler.  Seventh grade was the start of my sewing career where I quickly learned the power of the sewing machine and all of the things I could make. In college I studied Fashion Design/Merchandising and worked for many top retailers gaining experience in the business.  Becoming a mom headed me into a teaching position and I realized I wanted to teach sewing. I started with four sewing machines and headed to the brand new RSM Bell Tower Community Center where I offered my first SEWING classes. I've taught hundreds of children the joy of learning a lifelong skill that will build confidence and give them dreams for the future. I am proud to know that I have taught hundreds of kids and adults the joy of learning to sew and inspired a whole new generation dedicated to SEWING.

Linda lives locally with her husband of 35 years and is still excited to offer LEARN TO SEW CLASSES along with the very popular SEW COOL SEWING SUMMER SEWING CAMPS.        When Linda is not sewing she is a part-time travel agent and travels the world with her family.
